01 — About

Who I am

I'm a BSIT student at PUCIT who builds software and then tries to break it. My work sits between engineering and information security — writing clean systems, auditing them, and solving hard algorithmic problems along the way.

02 — Work

Selected work

6 projects, from raw packet crafting to relational modelling. Each one started as something I wanted to understand properly.

  1. 01
    Full-Stack

    PR!ME F!T — E-Commerce Storefront

    Full-Stack Web Application

A fully custom e-commerce storefront for PR!ME F!T — built from scratch, no Shopify, no templates. Dark brand-matched UI, collection-based shop, cart, checkout, and an order flow that pings the owner on WhatsApp the moment an order lands.

    • Full-stack app on TanStack Start + React 19 with server functions and a mobile-first responsive layout.
    • Supabase (Postgres + Row Level Security) for database, auth and a secure serverless backend.
    • SECURITY DEFINER Postgres RPC (place_order) validates and inserts orders inside the DB — no service-role key ever exposed to the client.
    • Auto-generated WhatsApp order message (wa.me) opens directly for the store owner on every purchase.
    • Every product, price, collection and order is manageable through the backend; deployed for the client at primefitpk.com.
    • TanStack Start
    • React 19
    • TypeScript
    • Tailwind CSS v4
    • Supabase
    • Postgres
    • WhatsApp API

    Cybersecurity

    Network & Vulnerability Scanner

    Cybersecurity Tooling

A standalone network discovery and vulnerability auditing tool that bridges low-level packet crafting with a responsive desktop dashboard to surface live network threats.

    • Layer 2 host discovery: forges and broadcasts custom ARP request frames with Scapy to bypass ICMP restrictions across target subnets.
    • Automated port auditing and banner grabbing over raw multi-threaded TCP sockets to extract application-layer server banners.
    • Signature-based CVE mapping: cross-references live banner strings against a local vulnerability database to flag exploitable software.
    • Asynchronous UI execution with Tkinter + threading keeps the dashboard fluid during heavy scans.

    Web

    Cafe Finder Web App

    Web Application

An interactive map application that detects your location and finds nearby cafes in real time, with city-based search and real-world distance calculation.

    • Detects user location through the browser Geolocation API and searches nearby cafes dynamically.
    • Queries the Overpass API and renders interactive Leaflet markers with rich popups.
    • Calculates real-world distances and supports city-based lookup.
    • Deep practice in asynchronous JavaScript, map rendering and dynamic UI updates.

    • OpenStreetMap
    • Overpass API

    Database

    Car Rental System

    Database Design

A relational database design that removes the double bookings, scattered records and billing errors that come with manual car rental management.

    • Prevents double booking through strict relationships between cars and active rentals.
    • Centralizes customers, vehicles, rental records and payments into one consistent source of truth.
    • Links rentals to payment records and durations for accurate billing and payment tracking.
    • Primary keys, foreign keys and constraints enforce data integrity at the database level.
    • SQL
    • Relational Modeling
    • Normalization
  5. 05
    Object-Oriented

    Flight Reservation System

    Object-Oriented Design

A reservation system modelled entirely with object-oriented principles — encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism applied to real booking flows.

    • Class hierarchies for flights, passengers and bookings.
    • Encapsulated state with validated seat allocation.
    • Polymorphic handling of fare and booking types.
    • C++
    • OOP

    Tic-Tac-Toe Game

    Systems Fundamentals

A console Tic-Tac-Toe built in C to harden core programming fundamentals: logic design, edge cases and systematic debugging.

    • Modular programming using functions and clean program structure.
    • Turn-based control flow with full input validation.
    • Win and draw detection across every board state.
    • C
    • Modular Programming

03 — Process

How I work

Build it, then break it. Five steps I run on every project, from a console game in C to a multi-threaded vulnerability scanner.

  1. 01

    Understand

Read the problem before touching the keyboard. Constraints, edge cases and the actual user need come first — most bad code is a well-implemented misunderstanding.

  2. 02

    Design

Model the data and the objects. Whether it's a normalized schema or a class hierarchy, structure decided up front is what keeps a system from rotting later.

  3. 03

    Build

Write it modular and readable, in C, C++, Python or JavaScript. Small functions, clear names, version-controlled with Git and shipped continuously.

  4. 04

    Break

Attack my own work. Scan it, fuzz the inputs, grab the banners, map the signatures. A feature isn't done until I've tried to abuse it.

  5. 05

    Sharpen

Back to the algorithms. Competitive programming and daily problem solving keep the fundamentals sharp so the hard parts stay easy.
